Let me make sure I have this right
LA is having a bit of budget problems, yet they were able to roll out all the stops for Jacko's funeral, and now they want help from the taxpayers they are already bleeding dry?
Sounds like LA needs a nuclear warhead or three let off there. If I lived there I sure as shit would be moving out of the state.
